Abstract

Climate change is a phenomenon of erratic weather changes caused by conditions of temperature and rainfall. Based on this phenomenon, agriculture is the sector that has the most impact on climate change due to decreased productivity of food crops. This can be seen from the increasing number of pests and plant diseases being planted. If this problem continues, the economic income of the farmers will decline and tend to experience a food crisis. Therefore, Pertamina MOR VIII entered the community by overcoming problems that occurred through the CSR program. The CSR program carried out by the Kranjang Hamlet farmer group is based on climate change conditions and the SDGs concept. In the agricultural sector, there are several SDGs indicators that intersect, such as freedom from hunger, a healthy and prosperous life, the need for clean water, and the handling of climate change. Kranjang Hamlet, which is located in Wayame Village, is a hamlet located in the Ambon Islands District which is vulnerable to climate change. Because of this vulnerability, Adaptation is carried out to answer problems that occur in the village. By looking at some of these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine (1) community behavior in facing climate change, (2) CSR programs regarding climate change adaptation, and (3) Application of community CSR programs based on SDGs. The results of the research found were (1) The community's knowledge regarding climate change was relatively low, (2) The realization of the achievement of SDGs 1 in responding to community needs, especially for farmer groups (3) To achieve SDGs 2, the Company has provided training to improve community adaptation to climate change such as goat livestock as a substitute for non-organic fertilizers, training in composting from livestock manure, and training in the prevention of agricultural diseases or pests organized by the company. (4) In achieving SDGs 3 and SDGs 6, it is done by making hydram pumps to irrigate agriculture and the community's need for clean water. The conclusion of this study is that the company has provided a CSR program to the people of Wayame Village to meet the needs of the Village farmer groups. So that the community has the capacity to see and understand the climate change adaptation process in the agricultural sector in Wayame Village.

Abstract

Higher education institutions are the main institutions in creating young people who can be ready to enter the world of work and industry, and one of the educational programs that take part in vocational education. Vocational education is higher education that is directed at focusing certain applied skills. Harapan Bersama of Polytechnic is one of the vocational education institutions that provides Human Resources (HR) to become the younger generation as practitioners in industry, companies, or other stoke holders. In the D3 Computer Engineering Study Program, each batch can graduate approximately 300 graduates, where each graduate will produce one scientific work from the final project research conducted. Likewise, with students who do practical work (KP), every student who does KP will produce scientific papers. But all the results of this scientific work, namely the research report of the Final Project and the Job Training Report are still being submitted to the Study Program in one compact disk (CD). This turned out to be a problem for the Study Program because from each batch, around 300 compact disks (CDs) were collected from the results of scientific work from the practical work and 300 compact disks (CDs) from the final project research outputs. Physical data in the form of a compact disk (CD) requires a large space for its placement. Meanwhile, the condition of the D3 Computer Engineering study program room makes it impossible to place the physical form. And along with technological developments, this physical form can be replaced by soft files in the form of e-journals or e-reports. This needs to be done in line with the paradigm shift from conventional libraries to e-libraries. With the existence of SIPESTA or the information system for the completion of this Final Project, the results of writing scientific papers are uploaded and become a digital trace of all scientific papers that have been carried out by all D3 Computer Engineering students. And so if this data is needed it will be easy to find because the database has been well managed.

Abstract

Forest conversion is the root of the problem that can hamper investment, state revenue, and potentially cause state losses. The purpose of this study was to analyze forest conversion in the upstream oil and gas industry area and the factors that influence forest conversion in the upstream oil and gas industry area based on spatial analysis. This study used systematic sampling with the point grid method measuring 1 kilometers * 1 kilometers. Rokan Block had 5,125 sampling points. This study used raster-based GIS analysis and logistic regression with the Wald Test. The results of the study showed that the Rokan Block Area experienced a fairly severe forest conversion in 2000-2014 influenced by the total population and The 1986 TGHK. The novelty of this study is that the active role of communities around the forests that still upholds the concern for the forest must be preserved, because they will be the front guard in securing forest encroachment, and upstream oil and gas industry are not the main economic activities that cause forest conversion

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity. This study uses secondary data. The sample used is nine metal companies that are on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. The independent variables in this study are Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, hypothesis test, F test and t test. Based on the research results, it is known that Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity do not have a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the F test indicate that Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset and Return On Equity together do not have a significant effect on stock prices. Recommendations for further research should be able to convince investors by increasing the value of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE). Because the higher the value of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and similar research is expected to increase the research sample or replace other variables related to stock prices and use a test tool other than multiple regression.
